On the stamp it appears like a PF IV but retouched? I'm I right?

Never knew paddle boats were going throught the "Lachine rapids" (Major obstacle to go up river or down) what a journey. You can do it today as a tourist adventure which is Rock'n Roll. They builted a canal "Canal Lachine" to go around.
