I am researching the development of German, particularly Berlin postmarks. In the Büttner Berlin postmark catalogs for the BG, EKB, ZKB stempel some information is hinted at.
- There is supposedly a starting date for the EKB postmarks at 31.5.1911.
- There is a starting date of 21.2.1927 for the switch to 24 hour timecodes (removal of V & N).
- There is a reference to an Amtsblatt Verfügung 155 from 1931 about the introduction of the ZKB type postmarks
- There is a reference to "anordnung" from 1.9.1938, about removal of something (Stern?)
