could you please show the full back view of the letter?

I´m rather sure, that the blue "4" (Ngr.) is from the Chemnitz post office. In this case there hast to be a mark (by hand) from the Hamburg post office.

Yes. Two Hamburg markings, as I would expect.

The top of the cover was, at some point, folded down to take care of a damaged edge. So, the marking on the flap does not line up.
